Mountain Skills
This three-day Mountain Skills course will teach you a variety of fundamental mountain skills that will help you navigate the UK hills safely and with confidence.We can make the most of our time on the hill by including a skills course in an expedition and learning a variety of skills.It includes setting up wild camps to access farther-reaching hills and Munros while teaching us all the essential skills along the way.
There are no specific requirements; all you need is a reasonable level of fitness, a love of adventure and learning new skills, and the desire to explore Scotland's more remote regions.
No Experience is needed.

Cairngorm Explorer - From the ski area, high access to the Cairngorm Plateau is available. Cairngorm, Ben Macdui, Derry Cairngorm, and Beinn Mheadhoin are among the highest Munros in Scotland. Wild camps in and around the Cairngorm plateau covering the aforementioned core skills.

Skye Explorer - A journey from one end of the Trotternish Ridge to the other, taking in and exploring The Quirang and the Needle, as well as many smaller hilltops before arriving at The Old Man of Stoer at the southern end. A wild and remote area with incredible views of the Cuillin and wildlife. A backdrop that is increasingly being used on film sets. Two nights of wild camping.

North West Explorer - A journey through the remote and stunning Fisherfield Forrest. An opportunity to climb An Teallach and the Fisherfield Munros. Wild camps in breathtaking scenery, remoteness, and wildlife.
